Terms & Conditions

In order for us to provide the best education possible, we ask that both parents and students abide by the following terms:

• Please arrive on time for the session to commence on time.

• Students at Excel Academy are expected to adhere to the centre's behaviour policy at all times.

• Homework must be completed & submitted before the following session.

• ALL students are expected to pay their tuition fees for a term in advance. Other arrangements can be made at the discretion of the manager.

• Excel Academy does not offer refunds, as all tuition payments are considered final.

• Parents are not permitted to withdraw their child from sessions till the end of the term period. Failure to do so will lead to a cancellation fee and loss of any remaining account balance.

• If your child is unable to attend the sessions, please give us at least 24 hours notice before your child's session begins in order for us to make alternative arrangements. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in the session fee being paid in full for the missed/no show session.

• If you anticipate being more than ten minutes late for a session, please call 01634 867247 to notify us.

• Every missed lesson will affect your child’s chance of success. If two consecutive lessons are missed without prior notification, then it will be assumed the place is no longer required and it might be re-allocated to other students.

• If you are in arrears, you will be given a late payment notice and 7 days to pay the owing amount. After 7 days, a late payment fee will be applied. Your child will not be able to attend further sessions until the account is settled. £10 late fee per week and £10 admin fee will be applied.
